Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. It is the buyer's responsibility when ordering to ensure the goods ordered to Buyer's requirements and are fit and suitable for the Buyers purpose.

2. Prices quoted include the prevailing rates and costs of material, labour, insurance, carriers fees, and shall be subject to increase in respect of any variation in such rates or costs or the method of assessment of the same occurring before orders are accepted and prices may alter without notice to Buyer.

3. All deliveries are door to door and subject to freight charges.

4. Freight may be waived on orders exceeding $3,000 NZD (on enquiry).

5. Upon delivery of goods Buyer shall inspect goods at its expense and give written notice to Quins Gore Pharmacy Ltd within seven (7) days of delivery of any non-conformity to description or the terms and conditions of this agreement. Failure to give such notice shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of goods by buyer. In the absence of such notice, under no circumstances will Quins Gore Pharmacy Ltd accept returns of defective goods after seven (7) days from delivery. No such claims will be recognised unless the relevant invoice number accompanies the goods.

 

Quins Gore Pharmacy Ltd. will not supply of any controlled substances,
drugs of abuse or performance enhancing steroids.
We will not supply Phentermine, Redux, Meridia or any codeine based
painkillers such as Hydrocodone or Vicodin.
