It is a service which involves extended consultation between you and your C.P.C. Pharmacist during which your medicine is reviewed and discussed with the aim of reducing problems.

C.P.C. aims to enhance the benefits of you medication and improve your quality of life.

Why do I need this Service?

A major study conducted in the United States showed that for every dollar spent on medication, another dollar is spent to correct the problems caused by inappropriate medication use.

Your C.P.C. Pharmacist will list the goals of your treatments, changes made and monitor the results achieved.
