Put all your prescription and over-the-counter medicines in a bag and make an appointment with us for a medication checkup. Our pharmacist will look for problems, offer tips for safe and effective medicine use and answer your questions. If you help an older adult take medicines, you can also take part in the medication checkup - just come along with them.

Medication checkups can find:

Remember to bring all your medicines in for a checkup, including:

	Prescriptions in vials, tubes, bottles and plastic bags

	Laxatives and upset stomach aids
	All prescription and over-the-counter medicines

Remember to bring them in their original containers, if possible.
