Freight Policies

We endeavour to supply goods in a cost effective way.

All deliveries are door to door and are FREE within New Zealand. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

If for some reason after placing an order you decide to return them, you are responsible for the freight cost to you plus the cost of freight to return the goods and a refund will only be given for the goods once we receive the goods and have assessed them and deem them to be able to be resold. Please see our refunds policy.

We advise that any package that may be sent back should be sent with track and trace for if a package is lost NO refund will be given.

All local tax and custom fees are payable by yourselves, and will not be considered reasons for return of goods.
